About our
Wildflower Honey |
|
From the mountains and fields of
New Hampshire, our wildflower honey is gathered from local
floral sources such as clover, honeysuckle, linden, black
locust, sumac, purple loosestrife and aster to mention a few.
Because of the different floral sources, the color and flavor of
our wildflower honey has a wonderful variety. Our liquid honey
is carefully warmed and strained to preserve all of it's natural
flavor and nutritional properties (below 100F, the maximum
naturally occurring ambient air temperature in a hive). |
